This privacy notice describes how Crawford Thomas Recruiting and its subsidiary companies (CT) collects, uses and discloses personal data. By submitting personal data, a visitor to this site is agreeing to CT’s use of such data as described in this privacy notice.

Collection and Use of Personal Information
When you contact us or utilize this website, we may ask for certain personal information. The types of information CT may request include your name and contact information (addresses, phone numbers, and emails), job search criteria, employment experience, educational background, job skills, employment and personal references and/or other background information.

CT uses personal information and other data collected in order to provide you with information regarding career-related and employment opportunities and to otherwise provide you with our information and services. The jobs portion of the CT website is powered by Bullhorn, supplied by the software company Bullhorn, Inc. When you submit application information or your resume, your personal information is hosted in a segregated area of Bullhorn’s servers and your personal information is subject to Bullhorn’s Privacy Policy. Resumes and other personal information forwarded to CT via job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn and others are also subject to their respective privacy policies.

In order to process payroll or perform background checks, CT may collect personal data including your drivers license, social security or tax identification number. This information is used to process payroll and/or background checks either through CT’s operations or by a vendor of CT.

SMS Messaging Consent
By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS text messages regarding services offered or being performed by CT. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. SMS consent can be withdrawn at any time by replying STOP to any message.

SMS consent and phone numbers will never be shared with third parties or affiliates under any circumstances. SMS consent is not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Disclosure of Personal Information
CT may disclose information to our clients, where appropriate, in connection with provisions of staffing services, or to companies, vendors and individuals we employ to perform business functions and services on CT’s behalf. CT may also disclose information to the extent necessary to government agencies, advisors and other third parties in order to comply with applicable laws or protect the rights or property of CT.

CT works to keep our applications and databases secure from unauthorized access by using administrative and physical measures to protect the information CT maintains. Unfortunately, CT cannot guarantee security. If you have security concerns, do not transmit that information to CT.

When you connect to one of those links you are reaching another website or internet resource that may collect information about you or through cookies or other technologies. CT accepts no responsibility or liability for your use or disclosure of your personal information to these parties.
